Look for this section a few lines from the top of the web.config file:
<connectionStrings>
    <add name="KbVaultEntities" connectionString="metadata=res://*/KBVaultEntityModel.csdl|res://*/KBVaultEntityModel.ssdl|res://*/KBVaultEntityModel.msl;provider=System.Data.SqlClient;provider connection string="data source=.\sqlexpress;initial catalog=kbvault;integrated security=True;multipleactiveresultsets=True;application name=EntityFramework"" providerName="System.Data.EntityClient" />
  </connectionStrings>
CHANGE THIS BIT:
data source=.\sqlexpress
Where as the . represents 'localhost' and \sqlexpress represents the database instance

EXAMPLE:
data source=servername\databaseinstance
CHANGE THIS BIT (optional):
initial catalog=kbvault
Where as kbvault represents the database name

EXAMPLE:
initial catalog=databasename

You need to be using MSSQL aka Microsoft SQL or MSSQL Express

Now i'm getting this error when i try to access my website through IIS:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

61: <validation validateIntegratedModeConfiguration="false" />
62: <handlers>
63: <remove name="ExtensionlessUrlHandler-ISAPI-4.0_32bit" />

Something about "overrideModeDefault="Deny"". I can't copy/paste it here because my server is all in pt-BR XD i'll try to translate the entire message for you guys if necessary D:
